In a neighborhood, each person needs to have a house number (in words) at their doors. At the store where the letters are bought, each letter is a different cost. Mike, who lives in the neighborhood, goes to buy letters for his house number and finds three of his neighbors in line to get theirs. The first neighbor's house number is “ELEVEN”, the second neighbor's is “ONE”, and the third neighbor's is “TWO”. If Mike's house number is “TWELVE”, how much did he spend on those letters?
